當我盤旋於上海、香港、台灣之間。有天，在香港機場候機時，閒逛間見到這本小說，於是順手買了下來，打算在飛機上打發時間。在飛機飛上海的途中讀了一會，後來發現，我似乎陷入故事的探索及美麗的字句之中停不下來，整個思緒，都因此掉進了書中1861年的那場浪漫的戀愛中。如同書本的標題般，我可說被它完全 "Possession"
後來隔了幾年，又看了電影，但電影拍的並不成功，相對也破壞了片子的文學性和心中的美感。這幾天在網路上看到這本書的介紹。我才曉得，2004年它早已被翻成了中文。並沒有沿用電影的譯名「無可救藥愛上你」(我鬆了一口氣)，而是改用「迷情書蹤」。雖然我喜歡Possession這個字，在我心裡，那是完全的被控制、擁有和著魔的感覺，是個十分強烈表現的字眼；但這簡短英文標題，用中文字是無法表達的。全文淡淡寫來，內斂的文字卻表達了無限的情感......時間1861年
以下我引用原文書中的第一段和中譯本的第一段請各位朋友比較，我覺得中譯的很棒，值得一看。
